ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

How long does my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary between 5 and 12 business days , depending on the destination. Order processing takes 1–2 business days .


When will I receive my tracking code?

You'll receive your tracking code via email within 24–72 hours of order confirmation. If you don't see it, please also check your Spam/Promotions folder.


How can I track my order?

You can track your order directly on the “Track Your Order” page by entering the tracking code received via email.


My tracking isn't updating, what should I do?

It's normal for tracking to take 1–3 days to show the first updates. If you don't see any activity after 72 hours, contact us and we'll manually check.

Does CleanWave™ really work?

Yes. CleanWave™ uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to remove invisible dirt and debris even in hard-to-reach areas. It's the same principle used in professional laboratories.


Do you need to use detergents?

No. CleanWave™ works perfectly with plain water . You can add a drop of neutral soap only for very stubborn dirt.


Is it safe for all materials?

Yes, it is safe for:

  • steel

  • gold

  • silver

  • titanium

  • plastic

  • silicone

  • glass

Not recommended for natural pearls and highly porous stones.


Can I clean my glasses?

Absolutely. CleanWave™ removes fingerprints, dust, and debris without scratching lenses or damaging anti-reflective coatings.


Can I clean watches?

Yes, but we recommend removing the strap if possible. The metal part is cleaned thoroughly without risk.


Can I clean AirPods?

Yes, but only the outside. Never immerse electronic components.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. We use certified and fully secure payment systems.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return the product?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.


How does the refund work?

Once the product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days .


The product arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact us immediately with a photo of the product and we will replace or refund it.
